How to install Crisp Chat bubble?
Crisp Chat is a free chat software. It's more targeted at extremely family-friendly websites. They are known to randomly remove accounts for video game fan websites or anything portraying a non-perfect image. We recommend you try Tawk (also free) if worried about Crisp rejecting your website.
In the Crisp Settings, click Workspace Settings, then Setup & Integrations.
Copy your Website ID and enter into Paysum's app store settings.
Crisp Chat is installed! You should now see a bubble at the bottom-right of the screen.
If you want to customise the layout of the chat bubble, or send user data to Crisp Chat, please edit the widget code in index.liquid of the Theme Editor
How to install Tawk Chat bubble?
Go to Tawk Dashboard and click Administration.
Then click Channels in the menu.
Find the Direct Chat Link. Copy the first ID (property ID) and enter it. It will look like 60dd436c65b7290ac638d1d9. Then copy the Widget ID which will look like 1ikd0k2uq
Make sure to Save changes. That's all, now you should see Tawk chat on your storefront ☑️

How to install Microsoft Clarity telemetry collection?
Microsoft clarity is a completely free tool that allows you to screen record your customer's sessions and improve checkout conversions.
Go to Microsoft Clarity, continue through any steps (the settings picked don't matter just skip through it). Then click Settings in the menu.
Copy the Project ID in the overview settings. Make sure to Save changed when you paste this ID in the Paysum website.
That's all, read more below to understand why Clarity is so valuable. It's free yet I would pay $50 per month for this if I had to. Way more valuable than advertising or Discord nitro or most other business purchases you would buy.
Clarity records show live & recorded customer sessions so you can change your perspective to be in the shoes of your users. This helps you diagnose problematic areas of your design that can be improved to make the checkout flow easier.
Events such as spam clicks (which indicate a confused user clicking random stuff and nothing is happening) are collected by Clarity and shown in both Analytics & the recordings.
And Clarity Heatmaps to summarise all user click patterns into 1 image (so you dont have to watch each replay if you don't want to)
